Good afternoon everybody, tank top diary from the fire escape again.

It’s a quick one, but I suppose I wanted to just pop on and give you some signs of positive news, really. In the Commerce Futures Community group, just yesterday, I think there were eight people posting about vacancies they had. Roles they were looking for included heads of ecomm, heads of product, trading managers – so it looks like all sorts of roles are coming up. Which, given the time of year, is quite unusual. A lot of that stuff normally happens after Christmas.

And finally, we also have our first in-community instance where a member has been hired by another member! Which is just fantastic, makes me so happy.

So there you go, I’m a happy guy.

Really good engagement in the group and looks like the market is genuinely starting to wake up again.
